Judy Tenuta, a reckless stand-up who shamelessly styled herself as the "Adoration Goddess"
visited with George Carlin as she constructed her vocation during the 1980s brilliant time of satire, passed on Thursday. She was 72.
Tenuta kicked the bucket Thursday evening at home in Los Angeles, with her family around her, marketing expert Roger Neal told The Related Press
The reason for death was ovarian malignant growth.
"She was an extremely entertaining, astonishing entertainer," Neal said, and it was dependably a "cheerful opportunity to associate with her."
Tenuta had guaranteed her birthdate as Nov. 7, 1965, however she was brought into the world in 1949,
Neal said. "She was old school so she could never tell her genuine age,
however now that she's gone we can tell her genuine age," he added.
